Production Process

Step 1: Weld the outer rack and gas tank. The steel plate is 30% thicker than other steel plates, and the machine operates stably.
Step 2: Paint the exterior shelves and gas tank. The paint is waterproof, so it avoids rust.
Step 3: Assemble the formwork and track. The mold base adopts servo clamping action. The track can be divided into chains and chain plates according to customer needs. The distance between chain plates can be customized according to the bottle size.
Step 4: Assemble the lamp. The number of lamp tubes depends on the height of the preform, which is generally higher than the preform. Two lamp tubes are reserved.
Step 5: Assemble the manipulator and stretching frame. The stretching frame is used to stretch the preforms.
Step 6: Pull the cable and trachea and connect the screen. We use Mitsubishi screens.
Step 7: Connect the feeder to the robot arm.
Step 8: Debug the machine and check whether the machine runs smoothly.
