Control System

Purge Device

The blowing device is located on the upper facade of the mechanical frame. It can be adjusted in three directions: left and right, front and back, and up and down, which is beneficial to the center adjustment of the blow head and mouthpiece. The air blowing device is connected to the air blowing pin base through the oil cylinder connecting plate. The blown pin base is characterized by high rigidity and strength. The movement of the piston causes the blower head to move up and down. Single, double, triple and quadruple blowing can be installed on the same blowing device. When changing the die head, you only need to install different pieces of blow pins.

Extrusion System

The performance of the extrusion system has an important impact on the overall performance and production efficiency of the blow molding machine. The screw material is made of 38CrMoAIA. The raw materials are refined through modulation, nitriding, polishing and other processing techniques. The screw control system can adjust the amount of plastic extruded and the extrusion speed by controlling the screw speed and screw movement.
