The blowing process and the preform are two processes that consume more energy. We have installed an air recovery system in the machine to reduce the production cost. It reabsorbs nearly 30% of exhaust air for reuse and lowers energy consumption rates, resulting in lower operating costs.
Advanced Heating System
Our molding machines feature advanced exhaust designs for PET preforms and lamps. The closed loop provides uniform heating, which ensures uniform temperature distribution during heating for fast stretching and blowing of the bottle. An infrared oven heats the preform to the desired molding temperature. Cooling ramps keep the preform neck from deforming. This complete heating system is ideally suited for the production of PET bottles, increasing productivity and product quality.
